3/19 – Sounders FC

After 18 months of blood, sweat and tears, the Seattle Sounders FC finally played a game! We headed downtown to meet Todd, Charles, Jesse and Stephanie at Collins Pub to have a pint before marching to the game. We are sharing 4 seats with Todd in the front row behind one of the Sounders goals and are very excited about season. As for the game itself…it couldn’t have been a better start to the season. Here are the highlights.

Besides the game it was a great feeling to see all the hard work on display and to have a wonderful response from the fans. This new franchise has provided me with the greatest challenges and biggest rewards of my career. Creating the giant covers for the upper bowl of the stadium, the scarves, tickets, posters, etc…what a ride! I can’t wait for the rest of the season to see how the team shapes  up.
